These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Marrying Muslims Platform. By accessing this platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept all the terms stated on this page, please refrain from using Marrying Muslims.

As a user of our platform, you are expected to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete information when creating your profile.
• Use the platform respectfully and exclusively for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Avoid sharing or promoting any offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Not circumvent our paid plan by inviting users outside the platform for communication, such as providing details to your social media accounts or entering your phone number/email in fields designated for your information, like "About You."
• Not share your email address or your sign in details with anyone.
• Only use your Wali contact details when filling out the profile creation section, not your own.

To protect our business and its owners from liability, harm, loss, and potential prosecution, we have established the following measures:

• User Profile Verification: We maintain a stringent verification process for user profiles to ensure authenticity and reduce fraudulent activity on the platform.
• Content Moderation: Our team actively monitors and reviews content to promptly remove any offensive or inappropriate material, safeguarding our community standards.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to remove any account or profile without warning or explanation if we believe it violates our Terms and Conditions or poses a risk to the platform.
• Exclusion of Liability Claims: The owner, business, or brand of Marrying Muslims is not liable for any disputes arising from interactions between users, including emotional distress or financial loss. Marrying Muslims shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts that do not follow our terms. All communication on Marrying Muslims must remain respectful and in line with Islamic principles. Content shared by members is their own responsibility, and Marrying Muslims cannot guarantee its accuracy or the results of any matches made through the platform. If at any point the services shown on the site cannot be provided, you understand that availability may change and you accept these terms as part of using the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as outlined there, with appropriate safeguards in place to protect your privacy. By using Marrying Muslims, you consent to our data collection and use practices.

Unless otherwise stated, Marrying Muslims and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. You may access this material for personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or exploit content.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure experience on our platform. However, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of all user profiles. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Furthermore, the owner, business, or brand of Marrying Muslims shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

By making a payment for services provided by Marrying Muslims, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, you waive your rights to request a refund. This policy applies to all services rendered, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the payment. Please ensure that you fully understand and agree to this policy before proceeding with your transaction.

Any payment made to us is considered a voluntary gift and is not intended as compensation for any work or services rendered. Instead, it is a genuine gesture given for the sake of Allah, aimed at seeking blessings and goodwill. As members of the Islamic brotherhood and family, this gift reflects our shared values and commitment to supporting one another.

This offer is only given to free members who have successfully completed their sign up on Marrying Muslims. Non members and paid members are excluded. Each day during Ramadan, we select people at random times to receive a free lifetime membership. There can be some differences in time zones from country to country, so this giveaway may start and end outside what is shown on the timer on our homepage. We recommend signing up as early as possible to be included. If you are not a free member during the period of Ramadan, this will not apply to you, and you may need to wait until the next Ramadan or purchase the lifetime membership to enjoy the benefits.

• Credentials Sharing: Sharing your email address or sign in details is strictly prohibited.
• Profile Restriction: Each email address is permitted to have only one profile.
• Loss Of Access: If you lose access to your registered email and forget your account credentials, you will forfeit your rights to the lifetime deal, as it is non-transferable and tied to the registered email.
• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable.
• Membership Revocation: We reserve the right to downgrade a paid member to free status if we believe our terms and conditions, including the FAQ, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and other terms, have been violated, without the obligation to provide evidence.
