Please note that Marrying Muslims and the owner do not take any responsibility for advice given or received through our platform. We do not keep records of your conversations, as they occur exclusively between you and the Imam or associate. We cannot be held accountable for any discussions held between the involved parties.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without prior notice due to any change of circumstances and may inform you via email if this does occur.

If you are rude, use offensive language, make threats, waste time, or place the Imam or associate on hold during a call, they have the right to end the conversation immediately. Please be aware that, according to our terms, there are no refunds once a booking is made and paid for. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are unable to hear the Imam or associate for any reason, please inform them immediately. Ensure you are in a quiet, safe location with good reception during the call. If the call ends before the 30-minute mark for any reason, they are not obligated to call you back, although they may attempt to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection, and by proceeding, you acknowledge this.
