Marriage Advice

Our Marriage Advice service connects you with an Imam or associate for a one-on-one consultation lasting one hour, specifically focused on marriage-related topics.

To schedule a session with the Imam or associate, please email us at helpmarryingmuslims@gmail.com. With the following details:
1. Full name
2. Contact telephone number
3. For international callers outside the UK, please provide a valid WhatsApp number.
4. Email address (please include this in the payment reference).
5. Preferred days and times for the consultation.
An account is not required to utilise our marriage advice service. If you would like to include other parties within the call, please include this in your email along with their full names.

Once we receive your contact information, we will share it with the Imam or associate, who will reach out to arrange the meeting. Be aware that the Imam or associate may call from a withheld or private number. If you miss the call, you must rebook and incur the full fee again.

Once we receive your details, we will provide an estimated time frame for your consultation. Please note that the duration of the one-hour session is an estimate and may change depending on the availability of the Imam or associates, calling conditions, and any personal or technical issues. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this variability. If the Imam or associate cannot contact you at the scheduled time, we cannot be held responsible.

The fee for the one-hour consultation is £60, payable in full prior to the meeting. This is a one-time payment covering the session we have arranged for you. Any further contact from the Imam or associate will incur an additional charge of £60, which must be booked through www.marryingmuslims.com and not directly with the Imam or associate. Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange the remote consultation via WhatsApp or call. This fee is non-refundable once paid.

The one-hour session begins as soon as you join the call with the Imam. Please note the following conditions:
1. If the call ends unexpectedly, there is no obligation for the Imam or associate to call you back to complete the session.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a good signal and are in a quiet environment for the call.
3. If you wish to include others in the call, please provide their full names.
4. We do not consent to any recording being made during the call when talking to the Imam or associate; this is a private setting, and it is forbidden to use devices or software to record the conversation.

You must adhere to the laws of your country and Islamic regulations when using any of our services, as well as when booking, communicating with the Imam or associate, and discussing topics during the consultation. If you are rude, use offensive language, make threats, waste time, or place the Imam or associate on hold during a call, they have the right to end the conversation immediately.

We do not require details regarding the nature of your call, as this is a private matter between you and the Imam. You are encouraged to discuss any concerns during the consultation.

We do not provide advice on marriage, Islamic teachings, or any other unrelated topics. For personal or other issues, please consult your own Imam or appropriate advice provider. Please note that Marrying Muslims and the owner do not take any responsibility for advice given or received through our platform. We do not keep records of your conversations, as they occur exclusively between you and the Imam or associate. We cannot be held accountable for any discussions held between the involved parties.

We do not accept responsibility for the advice provided during the consultation. The views and recommendations expressed are solely those of the Imam or associate and do not represent our organisation or owner.
